It's walls are 12 feet wide in places,it has secret tunnels via the wells and goes for another 4 miles,it's next to a smallish industrial estate,it a has a moat all the way around which gets filled

You will find that the gate is locked in the evening so if you wish to go in, go in the day. Excellent firework display near by every year on Bonfire night!

It was built in1277 by Edward 1,in 1912 the territorial HQ and drill hall was erected on the front side and it was demolished 1969,it's got a draw bridge over the mote
