Look around; you will see Manchester in one direction, Blackpool Tower in another and lots of other places. I saw none of them. The walk up to Winter Hill gets quite steep and can be a little muddy!

Last time I was up here er Drove up and parked up nr the Transmitters One hell of a place for RADIO DX Isle of Man Ireland And Scotland on 11mts Also good for PMR446 and HAM Radio DX

Walk up on a sunny day and you can see The Pennines, Southport, Blackpool, Forest of Bowland, North Wales and The Lakes if your really lucky!!
